The National Basketball Association is helping to support Military250 in our efforts to encourage and track volunteerism through service. The league has already made significant strides in 2025, with employees and community members contributing thousands of hours across multiple signature service events.
During the NBA Cares Employee Week of Service more than 400 NY/NJ-based NBA league employees participated in 8 projects, contributing hundreds of volunteer hours. At the NBA Cares All-Star Day of Service on more than 500 volunteers came together for a single impactful project, logging 1,500 service hours. As part of WNBA All-Star, more than 800 volunteers contributed an impressive 3,200 service hours to their communities.
